Train the Trainer
This highly acclaimed program is presented by SPCP Former Director and Trainer Member, Shanan Zickefoose. While a required class for those with a goal to become SPCP trainer members, this program is also required regularly for certified trainer members as a review to keep current on training practices. Attendees have the opportunity to network with one another and to speak on particular subjects to enrich the program with new ideas. This exchange of ideas casts the seeds of new educational concepts and program development. Attendees of this class must be CPCP certified or scheduled to take their certification exam during the convention. Attending this class does not qualify the attendee as an SPCP trainer member; additional requirements must be met. Please refer to the SPCP website for other trainer member requirements or contact the office for a Trainer Application Packet. Attending this class alone does not make one an SPCP trainer member.

Bloodborne Pathogens Standard Class
This is by far the most comprehensive, industry specific bloodborne pathogens program available for permanent cosmetic professionals. The OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard will be covered, with an emphasis on needlestick guidelines, Hepatitis B and C, information on MRSA, exposure control plan requirements, recordkeeping, and the latest interpretation covering these topics as they relate to the body modification industry. A bloodborne pathogens class is a requirement for taking the CPCP exam. This live class is a great source for review and is preferred by many!
