    Train the Trainer

This highly acclaimed program is presented by SPCP Former Director and Trainer Member, Shanan Zickefoose. While a required class for those with a goal to become SPCP trainer members, this program is also required regularly for certified trainer members as a review to keep current on training practices. Attendees have the opportunity to network with one another and to speak on particular subjects to enrich the program with new ideas. This exchange of ideas casts the seeds of new educational concepts and program development. Attendees of this class must be CPCP certified or scheduled to take their certification exam during the convention. Attending this class does not qualify the attendee as an SPCP trainer member; additional requirements must be met. Please refer to the SPCP website for other trainer member requirements or contact the office for a Trainer Application Packet. Attending this class alone does not make one an SPCP trainer member.

Lack of respect for the delicacy and technicality of this process has left many unsuspecting clients hiding under hats. Pam has presented on this topic before and everyone has asked for more! Joining her will be Arin Adjamian, as they address concerns regarding proper training in SMP and what options clients have for correction.

    Dark Lip Neutralization

"Dark Lip Neutralization" is a permanent lip tattoo procedure for both men and women with melanin-rich skin. It is a special procedure in which artists must use advanced color theory techniques in order to neutralize, and even out darker areas of the lips. This procedure requires a very specific method of color theory application, specific pigments to be used, and also a particular shading technique in order for the tattoo procedure to be successful. When performed correctly, the tattoo can bring a beautiful result to the lips of those who wish to neutralize and lighten them.
