This highly acclaimed program is presented by SPCP Trainer Member and past Director Shanan Zickefoose. While a required class for those with a goal to become SPCP trainer members, this program is also required regularly for certified trainer members as a review to keep current on training practices. The attendee will be able to demonstrate skills in the areas of developing contractual student agreements, trainer teaching skills, motivational skills, and choosing students. Also covered will be class lesson plans, instructional methods, how to great presentations, choosing class types, and so much more. Attendees have the opportunity to network with one another and to speak on particular subjects to enrich the program with new ideas. This exchange of ideas casts the seeds of new educational concepts and program development. Attendees of this class must be CPCP certified or scheduled to take their certification exam during the convention. Attending this class does not qualify the attendee as an SPCP trainer member; additional requirements must be met. Please refer to the SPCP website for other trainer member requirements or contact the office for a Trainer Application Packet.
Lips have become one of the fastest trending procedures in the market! From sheer to full color, there is a technique suited for everyone, and as artists, we need to be well versed in how to use multiple needle groupings. There are many ways to accomplish a procedure and there can be much gentler/faster ways for some situations. In this three-hour presentation, Vjera will showcase her signature technique for lips MagBlush™, which she accomplishes with magnum needle configurations ranging from 7 to 17, straight and curved. She will touch on topics ranging from appropriate needle, machine, stroke, and pigment selection for various situations as well as review healed client results.
